There’s no denying that Unity has made an incredible impact on PlayStation Mobile and the release schedule is certainly showing that with yet another busy week over on the PSN Store. A healthy selection of new releases plus a few updates, once again there’s something for everyone…
New Releases
- Block Break (Naoya Ishizaki) – Breakout clone
- EP Gem Hunter (EP Games) – Fantasy themed Pac-Man clone
- Fatty Bird (ptt) – another Flappy Bird clone!
- Hex Flowers (alexSoft)
- Solbrain III – Snow (Lightning Game Studios) – sphere hunting exploration game
- Tobipen Fly (Booby Trap Ltd)
Another disappointing show from Lighting Game Studios. This is the third title in their Solbrain series and apart from the graphics and map layout, all three are exactly the same game. At Vita Player we are still rather concerned that Sony’s PSM team have allowed this to happen and it is showing a distinct lack of QA control over releases at the moment.
Updates
- Behind You – updated to version 1.30
- Rainboxplosion – updated to version 1.01
As always with the PSN Store, several other titles have been “bumped” to the top of the New Releases list but only the above two titles have actually received updates this week.
