Last Ever Halloween PS Vita Sale?

It’s sale time again over on the PlayStation Store but this time it’s a bittersweet one. While PS4 owners rejoice over the huge selection of titles on offer, recent developments give us the impression that this could well be the last ever sale on the PlayStation Store for the PS Vita…

As it’s October it follows tradition that Sony would offer a Halloween sale and this year is no different. There are well over 100 games on offer between 14th October and 2nd November but sadly only three are available for the PS Vita.

The Deals

As you’d expect, all of the offers in the sale are Cross Buy. Depending on how you perceive this it’s either extra value for Vita owners, or the inclusion of the Vita in the sale at this stage is an afterthought.

Anyway, the games are:

Darkest Dungeon – was £17.99 now £5.39 (PS Vita / PS4)

Helldivers: Dive Harder Edition – was £15.99 now £3.99 (PS Vita / PS3 / PS4)

The Unfinished Swan – was £9.99 now £3.79 (PS Vita / PS3 / PS4)

This doesn’t bode well generally for sales for the Vita but it does give us a glimmer of hope. We may we’ll see sales in the future that include games that are available as Cross Buy and perhaps we can still get a deal or two for the Vita…
