Vita has no games? SAYS WHO!? Psychedelica coming to haunt Vita soon!
NIS America keeps the Vita alive with “The Lost Child”, coming to Vita this June!
NIS America have been in touch to let us know that they have more information on “A Rose in the Twilight”.
At the end of the day, “Day of the Tentacle Remastered” and I didn’t jive. We didn’t click (he, get it?).
I don’t know if I’m just seeing games like Secret of Monkey Island through the tinted glasses of nostalgia, but Day of the Tentacle just doesn’t seem that big or engaging. Or fun. At least so far.
Aside from minor frame-rate issues, “Bastion” on Vita is one of the best games I’ve ever played, on this or any handheld, and beyond. It’s beautiful, fun and haunting. If you haven’t played it, grab a copy for less than a cup of espresso will cost you in London and enjoy game-making at its best.
There’s a reason I’m writing this review only a day out of hospital. “The Swindle” is a game that I really, really like. I have fun with it. I think that if you like side-scrolling adventure games, you’ll have fun with it, too.
I will continue to battle it out with Barny (I’ve already chummed up with him, see?). I’m sure we’ll end up getting that massive payoff.
In the meantime, unless something catastrophic happens, expect a full, glowing review in the upcoming days.
And here’s to hoping it includes my redemption, because for the time being, I suck at “The Swindle”.
Good thing is, “The Swindle” does not suck at all.
