Having released recently on Xbox One and PS4, Oceanhorn is often described as a love-letter to The Legend of Zelda. As you’d probably expect, it’s an isometric action-adventure RPG which has also had some pretty decent reviews on other platforms.
Not to be a Debby Downer, but it’s fair to keep in mind the recently cancelled Vita games that were promised to us by other developers and publishers such as Hyper Light Drifter, Broforce and Not A Hero, to name but a few. Being a hardcore Vita enthusiast, I’ve learnt that it’s always safer to keep your expectations a little guarded, as we’ve been burnt by promises of Vita games in the past. That’s not to say that Oceanhorn will be added to the list of Vita games that never quite made it to our favourite handheld — on the contrary, I’m hopeful this one will actually get a release.
Speaking of which, no concrete release window for Oceanhorn has been announced as of yet, but we’ll keep you posted as more news trickles in.
