It’s hard to believe, but one year ago today Vita Player was launched! Out of a passion for an underrated and generally unloved console, I wanted to share my enthusiasm with other PS Vita owners out there and hopefully encourage a new wave of gamers to try out the Vita for themselves.
I never imagined that one year on we’d have a team of five writers, be covering reviews and features across all the formats that the Vita supports, be working with developers to bring you news and exclusive interviews, competitions and spearheading our infamous campaigns promoting PlayStation Mobile and calling for change with the Vita itself – a rallying cry that has been spread across the internet.
It’s been a great year but we’re not going to rest on our laurels. We’re going to be bringing you more reviews than ever over the next year, add more guides and features to make your life as a Vita owner easier and improving the news coverage here too… starting NOW!
Today’s a big day for the site and you can expect to see a steady stream of reviews, news, features and more in what we are confident in saying is the biggest update to Vita Player ever!
