EU PlayStation Store Update – 16th February 2016

News

It’s a very quiet week on the PlayStation Store this week. On first thought, you may think that Sony would be putting all of their efforts into focusing on the release of Street Fighter V for the PlayStation 4 this week and play down the releases on the other formats to give Capcom’s latest beat-em-up the most exposure possible, but while the game is getting a major push, it doesn’t seem to have affected the flood of titles being released for the PS4 and even the PS3 this week. The only format to see a drought of games is the humble PS Vita…

PS Vita Games

The Arland Atelier Trilogy Plus (17th February)

Knock Knock! (18th February)

And that’s it! Just the two releases this week and one of them is a compilation of existing titles. What seems to be frustrating from the EU PlayStation Blog is that there are games being released for the PS Vita that they are simply not reporting on. Last week Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders From Planet Space was released but there was no mention of it. Without checking the store or finding the information out elsewhere, you’d have no idea that the game had been released!

We do have Hitman GO scheduled for next week so that’s something to look forward to and if they are true to form we know that it won’t be too long before Zen Studios announce more tables for Zen Pinball. It’s just that the wait for more games is a little frustrating right now.
