Beats Trellis Latest Free PlayStation Mobile Game From PlayStation Store

Beats Trellis Playstation Mobile

It’s week five of Sony’s giveaway promotion for the PlayStation Mobile format on the PlayStation Network Store and this time it’s the turn of the music game Beats Trellis. Reminiscent of the old 16-bit music sequencers on the Amiga, it gives you a selection of sound samples, instruments and drum beats enabling you to create your own music tracks on your Vita. As with all the other games features as part of the promotion, it’s available for one week only! For those of you with fond memories of retro systems, it was actually developed by Jason Page – a musician known for his work back in the 80s on the Commodore 64!

It’s a rather quirky title and will only really appeal to anyone with a musical flair or likely an interest in the retro scene, and it’s a little confusing at first, but it’s an interesting freebie!

The final game will be made available next Wednesday.
