In news that came a bit of surprise, it appears that the Football Manager Classic 2014, due out physically on PS Vita on Friday 11th April in the UK and on the PlayStation Store a week later will indeed have cross save, even though the game isn’t coming out of the PS3 or PS4.
Certain to raise a few eyebrows, it appears you can cross save with the PC version, as revealed by Shahid Kamal Ahmad who has signed numerate ports to the PS Vita.
The launch of #FMC14 for Vita this Friday represents a really big milestone in the portable’s life. Cross-save with PC game is impressive

This is a first and could see other software houses realise more of the potential of such a move.
It’s brave and certainly should be applauded!
Those without a PS Vita may want to note that a bundle of a PS Vita plus a 4GB memory card and the digital version of the game is out on the 17th of April in the UK.
Cannot wait for this, it’s been a long time since I played any managerial sim on console!
