After what has seemed like an eternity, PS Vita owners are finally going to be able to play the Star Trek: The Next Generation Pinball table when it is released for The Pinball Arcade next week through the Playstation Network Store. Already released last year for iOS and Android devices, the table accurately recreates one of the most popular tables of the 1990s and is set to be a sure fire hit with Star Trek fans and gamers alike. No reason had been provided by developers Farsight Studios as to the reason why PS Vita and PS3 owners have had to wait so long for the release of the table or why so many of their tables are delayed compared with other formats. As with previous tables, this is going to be a Cross Buy release.
No price has been stated yet although as with their previous solo table release, The Twilight Zone, we would expect this to be selling for £3.99 when it is released through the EU Store on 20th March. Farsight also confirmed that their next table pack, containing Genie and Attack From Mars, will be released the following week.
